Reporting the Chief People Officer, the GPN VP of Human Resources provides strategic leadership in developing and executing the human resources strategy for the North American organization. Directs and drives implementation of strategic Human Resources initiatives and component activities of the Human Resources department, working to ensure that HR programs and initiatives are integrated and effective in supporting organizational goals and objectives.
