Director, Finance Integration Management Office

CT - Remote 
As a Director, you’ll be part of our Finance Integration Management Office (FIMO) Team. The Finance Integration Management Office (FIMO) supports the finance integration of all acquisitions across – all business units, globally. This role will support the integration and reporting of those acquisitions & divestitures across both the Corporate and Business Unit (BU) landscapes.

The FIMO is involved in all phases of the acquisition and divestiture lifecycle, partnering with both internal and external leadership to drive successful integrations and dispositions. The FIMO team aligns with key leaders in the organization, establishes strong relationships, builds internal capability, and works closely with both cross-functional leadership and teams to drive streamlined integrations with seamless hand-offs. The group partners with the Corporate Functions (e.g. Business Development, Legal, Tax, Controller-ship, IT, GSM, etc.) as well as the BU Integration teams and BU Leadership Teams to drive well-planned, well-executed, successful integrations.

Responsibilities

·         Lead the Finance Integration activities associated with acquisitions and execute the cross-functional disposition tasks across global, cross-functional teams

·         Manage the M&A lifecycle – due diligence, acquisition integration, disposition execution, etc. - work with internal and external leaders, develop and deploy scalable processes, playbooks, standardized tools and reporting capabilities

·         Develop an understanding of (i) Company & BU strategy, (ii) inter-dependent cross-functional relationships and (iii) back-office functions

·         Develop and manage across finance functions – including depth of knowledge of their processes, needs, etc.

·         Travel, dependent on acquisition target location and complexity of integration planning/execution

Requirements

·         15+ years of broad finance experience with Corporate and Business Unit exposure

·         Knowledge of Accounting Policies, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controller-ship Activities

·         Integration, Divestiture, or Transformational Project Management experience

·         Project Management and Process Development experience

·         Familiarity with ERP Systems, HFM, BA&R, and Microsoft Office

·         Proven Leadership skills

·         Exceptional Communication skills – written & verbal – including in Executive Leadership

·         Project Management

·         Process Development & Management

·         Relationship Building

·         Influencing, Agility
