As a member of the national nursing management team, the Nurse Manager, is responsible for integrating and projecting the organization’s mission and core values of the organization. Within the duties, the Nurse Manager, is responsible for satisfactory patient/customer service by monitoring patient timelines, evaluating and improving the quality of patient care in the Healthcare Centers, as well as, providing input on programs and nursing practices. The Nurse Manager oversees internal relevant medical nursing operations systems, ensures that staff reviews nursing policies and procedures and supports Quality Management Programs.
