Build a strategy-hiring plan and setting the vision strategy and goals for the domestic hiring.  Provide leadership for the domestic HR Business Partners and act as a strong role model, motivating for growth while driving a high level of performance and cutting costs.  Collaborate with senior management and department managers to understand needs and provide talent strategies and workforce planning to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities for this position are as follows:  Responsible for all moving services sales activities, from lead generation to close in the assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon business plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the territory. Works within the sales and support team for the achievement of revenue generation and long-term sales goals in line with company vision and values.
