The Vice President of Talent Acquisition, working out of Plano, TX and reporting to the Chief People Officer will help to align people, process and technologies using data from our people platforms to better manage our leadership effectiveness, and both our candidate and employee experiences.
Director of Talent Acquisition
Build a strategy-hiring plan and setting the vision strategy and goals for the domestic hiring. Provide leadership for the domestic HR Business Partners and act as a strong role model, motivating for growth while driving a high level of performance and cutting costs. Collaborate with senior management and department managers to understand needs and provide talent strategies and workforce planning to attract top talent.
