Vice President Operations
We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual with a strong manufacturing background to serve as the Vice President of Operations.
Areas of Responsibility:
· Lead and manage a well experienced manufacturing team – the Director, Manufacturing reports to this position
· Lead & manage our Engineering group – the Director of Engineering reports to this position
· Lead & manage our Installation team – the Manager, Installations reports to this position
· Oversee and facilitate schedule and supply chain
· Meet production targets while systematically ensuring the highest level of quality
Qualifications & Experience:
· 8-15 years experience in the manufacturing and design of high-end products.
· 5-10 years experience fulfilling a senior role within a dynamic company
· Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Engaging mind – seeking to learn and grow
Compensation:
Salary + generous bonus package linked to production
