WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS

  • Clinical Leadership-Provide strategic direction and leadership to the clinical nursing team, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and future goals.

  • Collaborate with the National Medical Director and the Market Medical Directors assigned to oversee the mid-level clinicians and practitioners.

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operational objectives for the entire clinical team.

  • Assists in the development and implementation of long-term goals

  • Provides fiscal management, including analysis, forecasting, and budgetary responsibilities, and assists in negotiating contracts.

  • Quality Improvement Oversee and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of wound care.

  • Compliance and Standards-Ensure all clinical practices comply with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.

  • Staff Development- Train and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining a highly skilled workforce.

  • Patient Care Coordination- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for wound management patients.

  • Policy Development- Develop and update clinical protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

  • Performance Monitoring-Monitor clinical performance metrics and use data-driven insights for improvement in patient care and operational efficiency.

  • Technology Integration- Lead the adoption and integration of innovative wound care technologies and treatment modalities.

  • Stakeholder Engagement-Act as a key liaison between the clinical team, patients, families, and external partners to promote collaboration and communication.

  • Education and Training—Oversee ongoing education and training programs to keep staff current with the latest wound care practices and technologies.

  • Risk Management - Identify and mitigate potential risks related to patient care and safety.

  • Research and Innovation-Promote and support clinical research initiatives to advance the field of wound care and identify treatment technologies and modalities.

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED

  • Registered Nurse and licensed Adult Nurse Practitioner with an advanced education, preferably a Master's or Doctorate in Nursing or Healthcare Administration, with specialized training in wound care management.

  • Experience-At least ten (10) years of healthcare administration responsibility and experience.
