A Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) contributes by reviewing monthly financial reporting, leading meetings and ensuring the Southern Bureau is on track with various goals and ROI requirements. A Manager, FP&A enhances the reputation by ensuring we have clean financials, pass audits, keep consistent figures and communicating the results of operations to the Southern Bureau stakeholders.

The organization has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Manager, FP&A will work as a part of a close-knit team to assist the Director of FP&A Southern Bureau in providing excellent customer service and timely responses.
Bachelors in Finance required, MBA preferred
Or an equivalent of education & relevant experience (7 years)
1. Strategic Planning to incorporate the mission and financial goals
2. Business/Financial Metrics analysis
3. Financial modeling (forecasting, Budgeting)
4. Exceptional communication skills
5. Superb understanding of Profit and loss statements.
