Our consultants are currently looking for a dynamic leader to head our premier client’s Retail and Lifestyle portfolio. This is a position that is responsible for the largest vertical portfolio in the area and is a leader of leader positions with a large team of 20+ people. The customer base consists of several global leaders as part of the network accounts and many local control customers.

CFO

We are looking for a CFO to accelerate the business booming growth In China & Asia markets. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the CFO will report to the President and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the business. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities for the company.

Vice President Development/Construction

Vice President Development/Construction

The Vice President will develop, communicate, and execute the development market plan within each assigned DMA. Interact with Market Planning, Strategy & Analytics, and Franchising in the formulation of each DMA market plan. Coordinate execution of market plans by coordinating together with the Franchisees in the DMA, the Director of Development and the Director of Construction on all site approvals. Alignment with the Director of Design and Construction Services on standards for design and remodels This is accomplished through the monitoring and managing the performance of all members of the development team.

VP, Enterprise Retail Category Management North America

The VP, Enterprise Retail Category Management for North America is responsible for developing enterprise strategies for and management of the portfolio of global retail products. The leader will work with local retail and category management teams, and executive sponsors to evaluate which categories and products should be handled at a global vs. local level. This leader sets the long- term enterprise course and plans for category analytics, category and product growth and profitability strategies, differentiated location strategy, range architecture, demand-based pricing, own brand strategy, supplier partnership and negotiation, and category execution. The leader will ensure program adoption within the local markets and cross-functional teams.
