Using their high level of scientific knowledge, the Nurse Manager has the ability to analyze information collected pertaining to the patient and make decisions with regards to condition updates, and follow through,or initiating discussions about tests, procedures, and outside referrals. By coordinating the timeliness of these services, the Nurse Manager can help ensure the patient is receiving the highest quality of care that enhances the reputation of the organization,and encourages clients to continue to seek medical treatment from Healthcare Centers.

Physician

The role of a Physician is vital to helping with our mission to provide prevention outreach to our clients. Within their duties, this position maintains standards for productivity set; such as adequate provider staffing in the healthcare center to ensure the smooth flow of patients. In addition, the Physician is responsible for projecting and integrating the Mission and Core Values of the organization.

President and Chief Executive Officer

The President and CEO reports to an engaged, dedicated, and high energy 25-member Board of Directors, comprised of regional community members and business leaders. The position oversees 39 staff members, an operating budget of approximately $7 million, assets of $19 million, and is projected to raise $9 million in the current budget cycle. In 2018-19, generated nearly $13 million in resources for the communities it serves.
