Our premier client is currently recruiting for a Director, Managed Care for our Central Region. This position has the primary responsibility of securing new contracts, creating strategic relationships within an assigned portfolio of accounts of the organization’s existing and targeted new Health Plan Managed Care Organizations, IPA’s, MSO’s, ACO’s and other entities holding risk for company services provided.  This position will also take the lead in targeted customer corporate level interfaces and manage all corporate level communication during contract negotiations.

Transplant Financial Rev Rep

The Transplant Financial Review Representative verifies transplant coverage and other medical benefits and acquires necessary referrals and authorizations for transplant patients. Our Transplant Financial Review Rep determines approvals of patient evaluations, obtains medical records and forwards to insurance companies for transplant approval, and monitors transplant patients to update insurance documentation, attending physicians, authorizations, and providers.

Gastroenterology Physician

Our client Health is seeking a board certified or board eligible, fellowship trained General or IBD Gastroenterologist to join an outstanding 14 Gastroenterologist group practice in Central Texas. Advanced procedures (ERCP/EUS) are not required. An interest in IBD, women's health, luminal GI, Colorectal Cancer, reflux, nutrition or GI motility is preferred. We are a tertiary IBD referral center highlighted by 9 fellows, 2 other IBD MDs, 2 IBD NPs and 4 dedicated Colorectal Surgeons. We are looking for a gastroenterologist who is comfortable with clinical research including clinical trials, speaking at large internal medicine Grand Rounds and would be interested in teaching and working beside fellows and Advanced Practice Professionals every day. We practice team-based, multidisciplinary care of our complex GI patients and are looking for a hard-working, team player with a favorable work and/or training history.

Research Associate/Lab Manager

The Research Associate plans and organizes research projects under the direction of a Principal Investigator. The Research Associate coordinates and provides technical direction to research lab staff, analyzes data to determine next objectives, plans and organizes research projects and establishes procedures to be used in executing research studies, and coordinates and provides technical direction to the work activities of the project staff to ensure efficient and cost-effective completion of the project. In addition, the Research Associate analyzes, interprets, compiles and reports project results to Principal Investigator and ensures that all safety procedures and research protocols are understood and adhered to by research staff members.
